No, you don’t need to be home while we’re working. We’ll coordinate access ahead of time and keep you updated throughout the project.

Preparation is a big part of getting a long-lasting result. Depending on the project, this may include power washing, scraping and sanding, caulking, and priming as needed. Any minor repairs can also be addressed prior to painting if approved in advance. Pressure washing is also available as a standalone service.
