Therrien Premier Painting, Inc. is a women-owned, family-run business founded by Damien Therrien and Izzy Wasylik. Damien brings years of hands-on painting experience and craftsmanship, while Izzy draws on her background in operations and customer relations from small business management. Together, we’ve built a company rooted in respect, quality, and a commitment to doing things the right way for both our customers and our team.

Our journey began when we saw the opportunity to build a painting company that truly values both the work and the people behind it. We set out to deliver high-quality results while creating a better experience for our customers — one where you feel comfortable asking questions, having real conversations, and knowing you’re heard and respected. We also wanted to create a work environment where our team feels supported and appreciated. For us, it’s about more than just a job — it’s about creating a positive experience for everyone involved.

When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us hiking New England trails, camping with our kids, or working on projects around our home in Hatfield.
